Sheet and tapes are available in a range of grades as thin as 0.3mm up to 50mm thick. We offer cutting slitting and chemical etching service to enable you to adhere PTFE to a range of mating materials.

Flemthane® Polyurethane
Flemings offers its range of Flemthane® in rod Strip and sheet form.
60A-90A shore hardness
Polyurethane sheet is popular for a wide range of industrial applications including linings, scrapers, gaskets and machined components. It can be manufactured in the following sizes and shores hardnesses and in a variety of colours. If a specific colour is required, please state at the point of enquiry.
- Temperature: -30°C to +100°C (+100°C short term).
- Higher temperatures can be manufactured upon request.
Polyurethane Rod
Polyurethane rod is commonly used for a range of industrial applications including specialist seals, spacers and machined into components. It can be manufactured in the following sizes and hardnesses as standard with specific colours are available upon request.
